You can integrate ContactWorld with Salesforce1 NewVoiceMedia with the Salesforce Mobile App so that agents can call their contacts straight from the Salesforce1 app Salesforce Mobile App on their mobile phone. Making a call using the NVM Call button in Salesforce1 the Salesforce Mobile App results in ContactWorld NewVoiceMedia logging that call in Salesforce. The call is recorded and logged in the same way as if the call is made using ContactPad.
