For all browsers you must enable the following:

  • TLS 1.2 or later. For further information about supported protocols and cipher suites, see Supported protocol versions and cipher suites.

  • Web storage (both session storage and local storage) (if using for ContactPad)

We support the following browsers:

  • Microsoft® Edge, latest version
  • Mozilla® Firefox®, latest version
  • Google Chrome™, latest version
  • Apple® Safari®, latest version

    Note

    For ContactPad and ContactHub only. You must configure your browser to always allow cookies.


  • Microsoft® Internet Explorer® version 11 (IE11)

    Warning

    Microsoft® Internet Explorer® version 11 will As of 1st January 2021, IE11 is no longer be supported from 1st January 2021.

    Note

    Call Recordings, Call Recording Player, Conversation Analyzer, and the audio player in the Data Announcer applet are not supported in Microsoft® Internet Explorer® version 11 or earlier. You can still use IE11, but features aren’t guaranteed to work correctly. New features are supported and available only on modern browsers.


We do NOT support Apple® Safari® on an Apple Mac when using the Mid-Call Payment Transfer solution or Conversation Analyzer Analytics.

We do NOT support privacy mode in any browsers when using ContactPad.
