The first time you log in to the VCC Admin Portal, you must set a password for your account. If you have received a welcome email, click the link in the email to open the Choose your password form. The link in the email is valid for two weeks after which you must reset your password.

In the Portal Login area, type your username and password. Click Login.
Note title Two-factor authentication If two-factor authentication is switched on for your account, you may be asked to provide a code sent to your email address. You'll need to provide a new code every 7 days, any time you use a different device, browser, or network, or if you enter the wrong password two times in a row. The code is 6 digits long and is valid for 5 minutes. - If you are located in a country that is embargoed by the United States, you cannot log in.
If you have access to more than one account, you must specify the account you want to supervise.
Select the account from the list and click Select.
