In the VCC Admin Portal, time stamps in some for most features are presented in the user's system's time zone, while time stamps in other features use the .
Time stamps for the following features use the time zone of the location in which the user's account is located:
- System Audit
- IVR Data Collector
- SOAP Interaction applet
Time stamps for Stats and Reports use the time zone of the cloud on which their account is locatedlocation in which the user's account is located EXCEPT in the EMEA region. For Stats and Reports, in both locations in EMEA, time zone is GMT and daylight saving time zone is BST.
