Supervisor users have access to edit supervisor, wallboard and agent users who are:

• ContactPad users. These users must be assigned to the group or groups that the supervisor has Write permission to.
• Users not assigned to any group. The supervisor user must have the View Unassigned Users permission.
• Their managees.

Supervisor users also have access to edit to edit other supervisor or wallboard users who are their managees, and themselves.

Supervisors cannot edit admin users.
