Webchat in ContactPad

A If you are using standalone Webchat, a new browser window opens and displays the chat interaction. Alternatively, if you are using Webchat within Salesforce, the chat interaction will appear in the window that displays ContactPadThe GUID of the chat interaction appears in ContactPad.
