Vonage Contact Center (VCC) ContactPad Anywhere provides a lightweight integration with web-based applications. Using VCC ContactPad Anywhere, agents can use ContactPad outside of one of our integrated CRMs (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow or Zendesk).

To use VCC ContactPad Anywhere, agents must install the Vonage Integration Suite browser extension into Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.

If enabled for your account and configured correctly, VCC  ContactPad Anywhere can pop a custom URL when an agent receives an inbound call. The custom URL uses values passed in from the interaction plan that an inbound interaction is routed through.
