Real Time is the master interface for the call center supervisor. 

Using Real Time a supervisor can perform the following tasks:

  • Create and manage agents and groups

    Vonage Contact Center recommends managing users—both agent and supervisor—and groups in the User Admin area of the VCC Admin Portal. For more information, see User Admin.

  • Monitor the overall performance of the contact center
  • Log agents in to Vonage Contact Center
  • Change agents' states
