Click-to-dial is a feature in Salesforce that enables an agent to make an outbound call by clicking a number in Salesforce. To enable click-to-dial for ContactWorld in Salesforce, you must configure ContactWorld as a call center in Salesforce. When ContactWorld is correctly imported and the agent is logged in to ContactPad, telephone numbers in Salesforce are enabled for click to dial.
