When an agent uses the Log a Call panel to provide details of a call, any validation rules which fail will now show the message as configured in the rule rather than a generic error message. This will make it easier for agents to resolve any validation issues to complete the save.
We only attempt to save a task when the call has finished so validation rule errors are not presented until this time. |
