How do I log in to ContactPad?

To use ContactPad you must log in as an agent. You can either log in to ContactPad directly, or through the VCC Admin Portal.

Whether you log in through the VCC Admin Portal or through ContactPad, provide the following information:

Click Login.

If you use a PIN but your account has been upgraded to use passwords instead of PINs, the following message appears. You must set up a password before you can continue logging in. For information about setting a password for the first time, see Setting a password for ContactPad.

To open ContactPad from the VCC Admin Portal homepage, move your mouse pointer over the menu icons on the left of the page. In the menu that appears, click ContactPad.


You are now logged in to ContactPad. You are ready to receive inbound and make outbound calls.
