Currently the Conversation Analyzer API has two resources:

• Interaction. Interactions represent calls made and received by Vonage Contact Center agents, and processed by Conversation Analyzer. An Interaction contains information including its guid (the unique identifier for the interaction), categorization information and, optionally, the transcript. You can currently request a single interaction and a subset of up to 50 interactions.

  To request one or more interactions, you must know the interactions’ unique identifiers (GUIDs).

  
  

• Status. The status resource provides information about the availability of the Conversation Analyzer API. External systems can use status to check whether the Conversation Analyzer API is available.
