Stopping the dialler during an inbound call (bug fix)

Agent changes

Before this change, if an agent was using the dialler and did not have an active dial entry, clicking Stop while busy on an inbound call would cause Connect to display No more calls and Stopping after current call. However, Connect would never actually stop and display the Start button.

An agent can now click Stop in this situation and Connect will display the Start button immediately.
