Supervisor changes
The new 'HealthCheck' tab (available both in Lightning and Classic) provides the ability to review if the following permissions are assigned to the agents of all the active Dial Lists:
- 'Connect Agent' and 'ContactWorld Agent' Permission Sets must be assigned.
- Agents must have READ permissions to the fields in the phone, filter and order by criteria.
Security Enhancements
As part of our ongoing development work, and ensuring we keep up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, this package includes various security enhancements. We have also removed some unused objects and fields.
Salesforce administrator changes
Administrators may now delete the VCCConnect__Query__c field from the VCCConnect__DialList__c object if they wish. This field is no longer used, although there is no performance or security issue if it remains.
