Upgrading Advanced Reporting and Statistics in Salesforce

To upgrade to the latest version of Advanced Reporting and Statistics, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the host Salesforce Org.

  2. Open the URL that Vonage Contact Center provides you in a new tab in the same browser in which you are logged into Salesforce. The upgrade page appears.

  3. In the field labelled This app is password protected., type the password that Vonage Contact Center provides you.

    Click Install for Admins Only, Install for All Users, or Install for Specific Profiles as appropriate. Click Upgrade.

    The upgrade starts. You receive an email when the upgrade is complete.

When you upgrade you will need to manually update call or agent summary page layouts to add fields newly introduced in the later version of the package.
