Summary

Supervisor permission sets (Enhancement)

A new "ContactWorld Supervisor" permission set has been added to the package. It includes the same privileges as the ContactWorld Agent, plus it allows the supervisor to configure the "Automatic callback number" and "Automatic call recording" features.

Classic "Log a call" action: fixed an issue for new Salesforce users (Bugfix)

New Salesforce users, who had never made a call previously, were experiencing an issue if additional fields were configured on the "Log a call" action. This has been fixed and a new, friendly, error message is displayed.

Lightning "Log a call" component: additional fields are saved when a new call arrives (Enhancement)

Any additional fields are now automatically saved (together with the note) when a new call is received by the agent.
