Summary

Log a call allows linking after a call has ended (Enhancement)

The "log a call" action for Salesforce classic now allows agents to relink a call, take notes and persist additional fields after the call has ended.


New "Calls made today" report (Enhancement)

This report shows all ContactWorld call records created in Salesforce for calls made today


Performance improvement for end of call events (Enhancement)

We now support over 40 calls ending simultaneously


Additional fields (check-boxes) for Lighting Log a call (Enhancement)

The Lighting "log a call" component will now display addidtional fields like the classic "log a call" action did. It only works for check box fields. This will be expanded in a subsequent release to other field types.

Unlike log a call classic, these fields will not be saved when a new call arrives. This will be fixed in a subsequent release.
