Pre-authorise Salesforce Single Sign On users (Pilot)

Availability

TBC - Limited Availability

Agent & Supervisor changes

Given Single Sign-On is enabled and configured, Salesforce admins may pre-authorise groups of users so that those users do not have to accept giving Vonage Contact Center access to their profile information the first time they use Single Sign-On in ContactPad / ContactWorld.

Salesforce administrator changes

Salesforce Administrators will now be able to see a new "Vonage Contact Center" app under Connected Apps.
They may choose to switch from 'All users may self-authorize' to 'Admin approved users are pre-authorized'. This will pre-authorise groups of Salesforce users for Single Sign-On to ContactPad / ContactWorld and block other users from using SSO.

Dependencies

To use this feature, Salesforce Single Sign-On must enabled and configured in the ContactWorld account.

Log a call saving inconsistencies (Enhancement)

Availability

All packages of Contact World

Agent changes

Prior to this change when a call finished, the notes were automatically saved but any configured additional fields (disposition codes) in the "log a call" action were not. After the change, fields will be saved too.

Supervisor changes

Reports should show fewer tasks with blank disposition codes
