Permission set for automatic callback selection (Enhancement)
We have included a permission set in the package to allow agents to use the "automatic callback selection" feature.
Automatic call recording for dialler: field-based (Requires Connect 16.103) (Pilot)
The automatic call recording: field-based is now available for calls made via Connect.
Click To Dial and Dialler Tasks are updated with call information at the end of a call. (Enhancement)
Dial lists based on the Task object are now updated with call information at the end of the call. This change also affects Tasks which are used to initiate a Click To Dial call.
