Summary

Point-and-click configuration for automatic controlling of call recording in Salesforce: field-based for click-to-dial (Pilot)

We have included the ability to use point-and-click to control call recording in salesforce based on an object field. At present, this feature only works for clic-to-dial calls.

The custom objects used for field-based callback numbers now have an extra field to enable/disable call recording. They default to "true" (enable call recording), but when set to "false", call recording will be automatically paused at the start of the call. User can manually resume the recording if desired.

Permission set for automatic call recording (Enhancement)

We have included a permission set in the package to allow agents to use the "automatic call recording" feature.
