Summary

Point-and-click configuration for automatic controlling of call recording in Salesforce: prefix-based (Enhancement)

We have included the ability to use point-and-click to control call recording in salesforce based on local presence.

The custom objects used for local presence for callback numbers now have an extra field to enable/disable call recording. They default to "true" (enable call recording), but when set to "false", call recording will be automatically paused at the start of the call. User can manually resume the recording if desired.

Permission sets for agents and API user (Enhancement)

We have included two permission sets in our package, for agents and for the API user.
