Release notes for version 2.9.9 of ContactWorld in Salesforce

Date of release

Summary

The InteractionEvent object now uses a new indexed field for the CallObjectId (feature)

This is a performance enhancement for code runnng queries over our custom objects in order to enable features to function correctly in orgs with large data volumes.

Migration warning

Upon installing the package, all the existing InteractionEvents will be migrated automatically to use the new field. If this migration fails and you no longer see notes for old calls, please contact NVM support.

When a call task is created, the internal CallEndEvent object will be deleted afterwards, reducing object usage in the Salesforce org (feature)

This is a storage usage improvement.

Migration warning

Upon installing hte package, all existing CallEndEvents will be deleted automatically. If this migration fails and you still see old CallEndEvents, please contact NVM support

New users will no longer see an exception when they view the NVM Log a Call action before they make a call (bug fix)

Fixes an error which prevented the NVM Log a Call action from rendering correctly when an agent had not yet made any calls.
