Summary

Error in the NVM Log a Call action when the object is deleted and the agent makes a call to the dial entry related with that object (bug fix)

Fix was made in the ContactWorld for Salesforce package but it mostly affects users of Connect package.

Agent changes

NVM Log a Call action is available even if the object related with the dial entry was removed and the Task is created after saving the notes.

Update logging strategy (bug fix)

Salesforce administrator changes

In case of some errors in custom customer code it was possible that logs created by our package would use all of the organisation storage space. We changed the logging strategy so now there is no risk in such situations. After the change these logs are only available through the LMA.

Log a Call notes and fields saved to an old Task (bug fix)

Agent changes

In some case it was possible that notes from the NVM Log a Call action were saved against an historical Task instead of the Task related with the actual call.

Saving note on an unlinked converted Lead should automatically link to Contact (bug fix)

Agent changes

When the call is related with Lead who is converted to Contact/Account during the call, all notes saved in the NVM Log a Call action should be saved against the Task linked to newly created Contact/Account.
