Summary

Permissible Call Times Pilot

Use of this feature is only available to customers enrolled on the feature pilot, however some new fields are included in the managed package.

Availability

Pilot only

Agent changes

An agent will only receive work for permitted calls when clicking Next.

Supervisor changes

A supervisor can configure permissible call times when creating or editting a Dial List.

Salesforce administrator changes

Two new Dial List fields are included in the package to record the start and end time of the permissible call times window.  These are not displayed on page layouts by default.

Change is enabled automatically when you install this version.

The label for the field that shows the total number of agents assigned to a list has been changed from Agents Assigned to Assigned Agents.

The following custom fields have been changed to allow Edit Access in the Connect Agent permission set.

Improved the feedback given to supervisors when generating a Dial List

Change is enabled automatically when you install this version.

Agent changes

Agents should no longer experience errors relating to incorrect Dial List filter clauses.

Supervisor changes

When a supervisor creates a Dial List and specifies filters which can not be used in a query they now receive feedback at the time they generate the list.  This is only a change in behaviour for Premium users creating Dynamic Dial Lists, Select users would already receive this feedback at the time they generate the list.
