Outstanding calls and assigned agent statistics visible on Dial Lists

Supervisor changes

The number of outstanding calls and the number of agents assigned to a dial list is now visible in the Dial List statistics and in list views that show Dial Lists.

Salesforce administrator changes

Note that the following steps can be ignored if you are not upgrading from a previous version.

The fields VCCConnect_Calls_Outstanding__c and VCCConnect__List_Entries__c on VCCConnect_DialList__c  are no longer used and should be removed.

The field VCCConnect_Outstanding_Calls__c should be be added to page layouts that show VCCConnect_DialList__c.

Add the Agents Assigned field to the Dial List page layout:
