Supervisor changes

In previous versions, when creating multiple individual Dial Lists for agents in an Org that contains more than 10,000 Users a supervisor who clicked the Next button to move from the first screen to the second screen of the Dial List builder would encounter an error "NVMConnect: Too many query locator rows: 10001".  We also found that only up to 20 Dial Lists would be created when clicking generate list.  We have increased this to 2000

Creating a Dial List from a report or file upload (bug fix)

Availability

ContactWorld for Sales Select & Premium

Agent changes

Previously it was possible for an agent to see an error when loading a call after a Dial List was created from a report or file that contained invalid rows.  Agents should no longer see these errors due to improved validation at the point of Dial List creation.

Supervisor changes

If your report or file upload contains rows that cannot be used to create a call for a valid Salesforce object record Id then those rows will no longer be considered when creating a Dial List, a warning will be displayed informing you of how many rows were invalid.  This also applies for rows that contain empty phone numbers.

Setting next contact time on the focus object when an agent clicks Stop button (bug fix)

Availability

ContactWorld for Sales Select & Premium

Agent changes

Previously when custom settings were configured to use next contact time and an agent after making a call clicked Stop button then the called object wasn't excluded after refreshing pending Dial Entries. After the fix object is not included after refresh the same way as it happens for clicking Next button.
