Summary

Multi browser-tab support for Lightning "log a call" (enhancement)

We now support multiple browser-tabs for Lightning. Notes, linking information and additional fields will be replicated between tabs as you type or select values.

Better feedback in Lightning "log a call" when settings are misconfigured (enhancement)

If you're missing ContactWorld credentials in your custom settings, Lightning "log a call" will now show a user-friendly error message when you try to save notes.

Better task logging (bugfix)

If you save notes close to the end of the call, notes will now be assigned to the right call.

Custom setting to enable "collapsible" in classic "log a call" (enhancement)

We have now included a flag in custom settings to easily enable/disable collapsible notes.

New Quality Management VisualForce page (pilot)

We have added a VF page to the package, allowing you to see the new Quality Management page. This requires enabling the new Quality Managament feature (currently in pilot).
