Summary

Dial list filter fields, filter logic and order by fields are now editable (Enhancement)

The ability to edit the filtering and ordering of a dial list is now possible. Customers can now modify the filter fields, filter logic and order by fields of dynamic dial lists after they have been created, and have the outstanding dial entries updated to reflect any changes made.

Supervisor changes

When editing an existing dynamic dial list you will now be able to modify the filter fields, filter logic and order by fields. The list will be refreshed immediately once the changes are saved. This is a custom page that overrides the standard Salesforce edit screen, so any dial list page layout customisations will not affect the edit screen.

Dial entry screen pop linking in Log A Call (bugfix)

On occasion previous versions of Connect could fail to establish a link between a call made using Connect and the linked Salesforce record in Log A Call due to a subtle timing issue between updates to records in Salesforce and the outbound call being initiated.
