Dialler component shows the Dial List name and description for the current entry (Enhancement)
The Dialler navigation component would show the current call that an agent was on, but it did not show the Dial List name or description. The ability to see the Dial List name and description has now been added to the component. This feature is automatically activated when you upgrade.
Agent changes
When using the Dialler, the agent will now see the name of the Dial List that the current call belongs to. There is also a help icon that provides a tooltip with the Dial List description.
Supervisor changes
The supervisor should note that the Dial List name will now be shown to the agent in the Dialler navigation component. Due to the width restrictions of this, any Dial List with a long name will be truncated so ideally keep the name below 20 characters. The description shown in the tooltip will be the plan text version of the Dial List description, any rich text formatting will not be shown.
