Enabling popping in Salesforce Lightning Experience apps

To use popping in Salesforce Lightning Experience apps you must enable the feature for your account. For information about Salesforce record popping in Vonage Contact Center, see Salesforce record display and popping in Vonage Contact Center.

Compatibility mode

Ensure that Vonage Contact Center is compatible with Salesforce Lightning Experience. For information about enabling Vonage Contact Center to work in Salesforce Lightning Experience, see Enabling Vonage Contact Center to work in Salesforce Classic, Salesforce Lightning Experience, or both.

How do I enable popping in Salesforce Lightning Experience apps?

To enable popping in Salesforce Lightning Experience apps, switch on the Salesforce Integration - pop matching records in Lightning experience feature for your account in the Account Feature Control section in the Configuration (Account Settings) area of Vonage Contact Center. For information about switching on features for your account, see Controlling features for your account.

To use default popping (none) in Lightning Experience apps, switch off the Salesforce Integration - pop matching records in Lightning experience feature.

You can only control popping in Salesforce Lightning Experience apps if the feature is available for your account. You must also have permission to control features.
