Summary

Support for Dial Lists from Campaign Member objects (Enhancement)

Agent changes

When an agent is presented with a Campaign Member, Connect will pop the Lead or Contact record that the Campaign Member relates to. At the end of the call the task created will be linked to the Lead or Contact record.

Supervisor changes

When building a Dial List, Connect now supports the Campaign Member object.

Salesforce administrator changes

Installation of the package requires no further intervention. For package upgrades, the Salesforce administrator will need to add the CampaignMember object to Dial List type picklist, and configure Phone and MobilePhone in the primary and secondary phone dependant picklists. (See Configuring available Dial List types and Adding a phone field to picklists for new Dial Lists for guidance on how to do this).

Multiple Object Criteria Dial Lists (Pilot)

This feature is available as a pilot.

Supervisor changes

When creating a Dial List, available fields for filtering objects will now include fields from one-to-one relationships.

Warning message during creating Dial List from Report (Bug Fix)

Supervisor changes

When creating a Dial List from Report which has more than 2000 record then the list is created for the first 2000 records and warning message is displayed with that information.
