Summary

Dialler Support for Click-to-Dial in Lightning (Pilot)

This pilot feature adds support for Click-to-Dial initiated calls to link correctly to Dialler calls in Lightning experience.

Availability

Pilot.

Agent changes

If an agent performs a Click-to-Dial call on the Salesforce record that is their current Dial Entry the call is automatically linked to the Dial Entry, so when the agent clicks the 'Next' button the entry will correctly be marked as dialled. Agents using Classic will also see the 'Dial' button disable in the UI after the call is made.

Race condition when Click-to-Dial enabled (Bug Fix)

There was a possibility of race condition when Click-to-Dial was enabled which could cause that the popped record was different than the object presented in Connect component.

Clicking stop button when working with static list leaving unassigned Dial Entry (Bug Fix)

When working with static list, clicking Stop button before making a call to current Dial Entry was causing that this Dial Entry remained unassigned.

Problem with using Dial Lists created before version 17.128 of the Connect package (Bug Fix)

There was a problem with using some of the Dial Lists created in earlier versions of the Connect package.
