Using Cadence as a rep

As a rep, use Cadence to work with prospects following the process defined for those prospects by your supervisor. Reps can perform the following tasks:

  • Work with a cadence
    • View cadence steps (phone calls and actions) for cadence assigned to a prospect list
    • View which prospects are at a specific step in the cadence
    • Select prospects to work with in cadence
    • Start and stop cadence
    • View success rate of prospects closed at each step
  • Work with a prospect list
    • View assigned prospect lists
    • View prospects within a prospect list
  • Work with a prospect
    • View prospect's current step and the date that step is due or if the step is overdue
    • View prospect's Salesforce records
    • Follow the defined cadence steps
    • Make a phone call to the prospects using Click to dial
    • Log a call or action activity
    • Move between prospects in ContactPad (manual cadence only)
    • Manually move prospects to the next step based on the outcome of previous step
    • Manually remove a prospect from the cadence process
    • Mark the outcome of working with a prospect as positive or negative
