Summary


Connect Component only allows Start when available to make a call (Enhancement)

Agent changes

Previously, when an agent clicked Start, Connect did not check whether the agent had an ongoing call. This could lead to a failed attempted dial for dial lists in automatic mode.

Connect now checks whether an agent is already working on a call when they click Start and will not attempt to start a new call if they are.

Subscribing to refresh Report based Dial List (Bug Fix)

Supervisor changes

Previously, if a supervisor created a dial list from a report and then edited it, the selected phone fields were blanked out. The missing phone fields caused subscription-based refreshes of the dial list to fail.

This package corrects this issue.
