Vonage Contact Center and Zendesk integration

You can integrate Vonage Contact Center with your existing Zendesk org and embed ContactPad to give agents a single desktop to work from. After you install and configure Vonage Contact Center within Zendesk, ContactPad is available within Zendesk, enabling telephony features such as inbound screen pops, outbound Click to dial, and call logging in Zendesk.
