ContactPad Anywhere provides a lightweight integration with web-based applications. Using ContactPad Anywhere, agents can use ContactPad outside of one of our integrated CRMs (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow or Zendesk).
To use ContactPad Anywhere, agents must install the Vonage Integration Suite browser extension into Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.
After installing the extension, agents can use Click to dial from web pages wherever the extension recognizes a number string as a dialable phone number.

If enabled for your account and configured correctly, ContactPad Anywhere can pop a custom URL when an agent receives an inbound call. The custom URL uses values passed in from the interaction plan that an inbound interaction is routed through.
