| Locked | Indicates whether the agent's account is locked due to too many incorrect login attempts—either 'Yes' or 'No'. | ||
| Name | The name of the user as defined in User Admin in the VCC admin portal during user creation. | ||
| User ID | The unique identifier for the user. | ||
| Username | The user's username as defined in User Admin in the VCC admin portal during user creation. | ||
