Summary

Log A Call console support in Salesforce Classic (Enhancement)

Available by default when you install the package but requires some configuration

Agent changes

Once configured Log A Call can be used from the console footer to take notes and set a disposition in the same way can be used from the Chatter feed.  This allows an agent to work efficiently whether or not they are looking at a page in Salesforce that has the Chatter feed available.

Salesforce administrator changes

An administrator must enable this feature for agents by following the steps described in our product documentation.

Create Vonage Contact Center users from Salesforce (Enhancement)

This feature must be enabled by Vonage Contact Center, please speak to your account manager to request access.

Supervisor changes

This feature allows a supervisor to use a new visualforce page to create users in the Vonage Contact Center Platform from a set of users defined using a Salesforce User list view.

Added Softphone to Lightning App Utility Bar

Agent changes

An agent using the ContactWorld for Salesforce Lightning App will now have access to the softphone.
