This functionality requires a custom setting to be enabled

Service: Essentials Select, Premium

Sales & Marketing: Essential, Select, Premium

Supervisor changes

Enable this functionality by checking the "Save Log a Call notes in Task comments" custom setting.

Agent changes

When enabled any notes that the agents add to the Log a Call notes section will be automatically added as comments to the related Task.
