Prerequisites for installing Vonage Contact Center into Salesforce

Before you can install ContactWorld into Salesforce, you must log in to your Salesforce instance as an administrator. You require the following items:

  • URL of the ContactWorld installation package for Salesforce provided by Vonage Contact Center.
  • Password for the ContactWorld installation package for Salesforce provided by Vonage Contact Center.

You must also provide the following Salesforce information to enable ContactWorld software to communicate with your Salesforce organisation:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Security token
  • Server instance. Your Salesforce server instances is the first part of the URL you use to access Salesforce. For example, if the address is https://emea.salesforce.com/, your server instance is emea.
