In Salesforce you can create workflow rules and triggers that automate processes such as updating fields, creating tasks, sending emails, and so on. You can set the action or actions taken to occur immediately or after a specified period of time. To add a Dial Entry back into an agent's list of calls, create a workflow rule or a trigger that resets the Completed or Skipped flag at the appropriate time, for example, the next day, or 7 days after the initial call.
