Menu - Tone applet
The Menu - Tone applet provides one or more options during a call, and can optionally play an announcement as an introduction to those options. For example, the announcement can tell the caller to press number 1 on their telephone keypad for Sales, 2 for Support, or 3 for any other queries. When the caller presses their chosen number, the call is routed to another applet.
Menu Audio

Click Choose File to launch an Open dialog box. Select the audio file you want to use for the menu options. For information about the format of the audio file, see Recording and preparing audio used in applets. If you have uploaded an audio file, you cannot delete it. You can only replace it with a different file. |

No Input Options

| No Input Timeout (seconds) | Number | The length of time that the applet waits for the caller to press a key before playing the menu options again. |
| Max. No Input Count | Maximum or 1-10 | The maximum number of times that the applet replays the menu options after no input. Maximum value The maximum value of Max. No Input Count is 20. |
| Applet to go to after above nbr of no inputs | List of available applets | The applet that the call is routed to when the number of no inputs equals the Max. No Input Count. |
