Overview of Vonage Contact Center Admin Portal

The VCC Admin Portal provides a fully-featured call center hosted on the network for call center agents. The Vonage Contact Center hosted solution means that you require no customer-premises equipment, so that you do not need to worry about costly systems integration or maintenance. You can configure VCC Admin Portal very easily using a web interface. Any changes take effect immediately in the live platform. The VCC Admin Portal has the following features:

  • Customizable call flows
  • Wide range of computer telephony integration (CTI) applications
  • Live supervisor monitoring
  • Extensive statistics and reporting suite
  • Call recording
  • Interactive voice response (IVR) collection
  • Calling Line ID detection and routing

You can use the VCC Admin Portal either as a full contact center, or for smaller specialist applications such as IVR data collection, automated questionnaires, call handlers, NGN services, and so on.

With the full product suite you can use the specialist applications (automatic call distributors, IVR, CTI, tone and voice menus, routing, call recording, call transfers) in any configuration to build a specialist solution to meet a wide variety of needs.
