Using NewVoiceMedia with Desk.com
Unsupported product From March 13, 2020, we will no longer support the Vonage Contact Center and Desk.com integration.
When you use NewVoiceMedia in Desk.com, a case is popped for each inbound or outbound call received or made by a logged in agent.
