Upgrading from NewVoiceMedia version 2.8.3-2.8.7 to 2.8.8 in Salesforce

If you upgrade ContactWorld from versions 2.8.3-2.8.7 to 2.8.8 in Salesforce, help text for Call Ring Time and Call Talk Time task record fields may be missing.

Call Ring Time

For Inbound, this is the time between the agent's phone ringing and the agent answering the call. For Outbound, this is the time between the customer's phone ringing and the customer answering the call. This value is rounded to the nearest second.
Call Talk TimeFor Inbound, this is the time the customer spent connected to an agent. For Outbound, this is the time between the customer answering their phone and the call ending. This value is rounded to the nearest second.
