Using IVR Data Collector

IVR Data Collector interface has two separate areas:

  • Configure Data. In Configure Data you define friendly names for the IVR slots into which you will save caller input. For more information, see Configuring friendly names for IVR slots.
  • View Data. In View Data you can see the information that callers have provided during calls. For more information, see Viewing collected IVR data.

IVR data retention

Data collected by the IVR Data Collector is stored for 35 days. After 35 days, the data is permanently deleted from your account.
