Currently, the Payment API has the following resources:

  • Agent assist session. This resource enables you to create a secure telephony agent assisted payment session. Data, including transaction amount, currency, and card holder information, can be passed in the request body to prepopulate the payment service with data. This accelerates the payment process and prevents the agent from needing to manually collect and enter payment and card holder information.

  • Digital session. This resource enables you to create a secure digital payment session. Data, including transaction amount, currency, and card holder information, can be passed in the request body to prepopulate the payment service with data. This accelerates the payment process and prevents the agent from needing to manually collect and enter payment and card holder information.

  • Session. This resource enables you to query the status of a payment session.
