This Web API facilitates the automated download of call center statistics.
The call center statistics show every point of computer processing for all outbound and inbound calls that have been made and received through Vonage Contact Center. You can use this data to see exactly what has happened to every call, to the nearest second. You can use this data to populate a local cache to provide longer term reporting, for example.
