You can integrate NewVoiceMedia Vonage Contact Center with the Salesforce Mobile App so that agents can call their contacts straight from the Salesforce Mobile App on their mobile phone. Making a call using the NVM Call button in the Salesforce Mobile App results in NewVoiceMedia Vonage Contact Center logging that call in Salesforce. The call is recorded and logged in the same way as if the call is made using ContactPad.
