Access to the following Apex Classes has been added to the Connect Agent permission set:

Now, when Connect automatically creates processed entries it does not enable the Skipped (NVMConnectVCCConnect__Skipped__c) checkbox, instead a new Outcome (NVMConnectVCCConnect__Outcome__c) field is set to indicate why the dial entry was skipped.
